Barre is a 30 minute full-body workout that tones and builds muscle. Using barre technique that pulls from ballet, lotte berk methods, yoga, and pilates, you will use weights as well as your body weight to build muscle and strengthen your core. Recommended supplies: a mat (or soft surface), a sturdy chair, and light (3-5 lbs) and heavy (8-10lbs) weights.
